Do I need a VR headset?
No — all experiences work on any device (desktop, tablet, mobile). A VR headset like Meta Quest enhances immersion but is entirely optional.
What currency do you charge in?
Kenyan residents pay in KES. International visitors are billed in USD. We automatically detect your location and show the right price.
Can I upgrade my pass mid-way?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the remaining credit from your current pass.
Is there a free trial?
The Day Pass at KES 500 is essentially a risk-free trial. We also include a short free preview clip on every destination page.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept M-Pesa (STK Push to your phone) and offline/manual payments via M-Pesa Paybill or bank transfer. International card payments are coming soon.
